Knox Health

In collaboration with repeat client DDLM Commercial, Ironside has solidified its confidence in delivering what we call a super health centre. Due for completion this coming winter, Knox Health has been as challenging as it will be rewarding. So many elements have gone into this build, making Knox Health an essential addition to the health sector in these trying times.

The 8400m2 healthcare facility provides Knox City Council with increased clinical services for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), X-ray, Ultrasound, three operating theatres, 14 recovery beds, Dental practice, Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), and over 30 consulting suites. The above sits across two buildings consisting of two stories and a single basement.

Along with the state-of-the-art medical technology, Knox Health is complimented by an architectural design brought to you by Baade Harbour Australia. The striking internal design manipulates an abundance of natural light that floods through the corridors and illuminates the perforated baffle ceiling.

Part of the reason we love doing what we do is the individuality that each build presents.

Bringing Knox Health to life took intricate planning and extensive coordination between different stakeholder groups, specialist medical equipment, complex services, structural and architectural requirements.

Ironside is proud to deliver our second medical centre with DDLM Commercial and a long list of consultants who have all played an integral role in perfecting this hub of health.
