The building draws inspiration from Richmond’s industrial character and surrounding rail lines, expressed through a dynamic façade and carefully considered material palette.

At ground level, a café and wine bar will contribute to a new laneway precinct, creating a vibrant, community-focused destination that connects seamlessly with the local neighbourhood.

Wellness sits at the core of the project, shaping both the design and resident experience. A curated suite of amenities includes a rooftop garden lounge with panoramic views, private dining spaces and dedicated wellness facilities designed to support busy urban lifestyles. Landscaped environments by Jack Merlo provide moments of retreat, while communal spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage connection and relaxation within a highly activated urban setting.
