Ironside worked with Fieldwork architects to curate a design that literally breathes with the rhythms of the day-by incorporating cross flow ventilation and access to natural airflow.

Considering the building’s bustling location, in the heart of the inner north, the acoustic performance of each home was also paramount - with every window having been treated and the walls and ceilings insulated to maximum effect.

These measures delivered a refined escape for living, whereas the central open air atrium with shared walkways, greenery and communal areas, foster well-being and offers the opportunity for social exchange.
